I&#039;m still learning to say no as well - it&#039;s amazing how much guilt is loaded to a simple act of authenticity. 		<description><![CDATA[Learning to say no has been one of my greatest epiphanies and revelations to date. It hasn&#039;t been easy and truthfully I&#039;m still learning. But as of late, in a situation where I have to make a choice between yes and no with the latter being more preferable, or between two evils, I try not to say no to one thing or to choose a lesser evil. In stead I try to come up with something better and say yes to that.]]></description>
